Frequently Asked Questions

Use our buying guides below the FAQ section to get a better understanding of our individual services. If you can’t find the answer to your question below, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to help.

How much does a website cost?

The cost of a website should depend on your requirements. If you just need a simple website telling customers what services your business provides and showcase previous works, then you should look to spend inbetween £300 to £900. This will vary depending on the number of pages and features.

What do I have to pay upfront?

We usually require a deposit of 30% of the total package cost. This is so we can buy your domain name, set up your hosting and get our web designers to get your project underway. The final 70% will not be due until we have gone through the website together and you are happy with the work completed.

How long does it take to build a website?

We usually take around 1-2 weeks to design and build most websites. However, custom built websites with over 15 pages may take slightly longer.

What are the ongoing costs?

The ongoing costs are clearly indicated in the pricing sections on our service pages. These are for website hosting, email boxes, website security, website maintenance, SEO (Google ranking), website updates / editing, statistical reports, Google Adwords management and much more. The monthly amounts will vary depending on what services you have opted for.

What do I need to give you to get started?

You will need to give our team some guidance to what you want on your website. We write the content with every website package, but usually we require pictures of previous works, bullet points of services provided, logo files (if applicable), a short bio about you (optional), preferred telephone numbers, business address and anything else you feel your customers would like to see (e.g. accreditation or reviews).

Do I own my website and domain name?

Yes! After the final payment has been made you have full rights to your website and domain name.

What happens if I'm not happy with your services?

If you are unhappy with our services we will always do anything and everything we can to get your project back on track. If you want to stop using us completely, then you have the option of transferring your website and domain name away from us subject to a small admin fee.

What type of businesses do you work with?

We have helped business owners in all types of industries. We can build websites for any type of business in any industry.

Who is my website built by?

Your website is built by our web designers right here in the UK. Our primary focus is outstanding customer service so ensuring our customers can easily get in touch with our team at any moment is of paramount importance. Equally having a UK based team allows us to keep track of service quality.

Who makes updates and edits to my website?

Website editing and updates come with all of our website packages. You can send our web designers any new updates (e.g. pictures, number changes, etc) and we will make the changes for you. However, if you would prefer to make basic changes yourself, we will be more than happy to give you the login details and show you how.

What happens if I don't have any information to give you?

Not a problem! Our team have built websites across virtually all industries. As a result, we have great understanding and knowledge about what works and what your customers want to see. If you fall into this category, let us know what you want and we will do the rest.

Who and how do I get in touch with you after my website is built?

We make contacting our team extremely easy. Feel free to get in touch via email, phone or instant messaging. Our teams personal emails and mobile numbers will also be given to individual clients. We are available 7 days a week. Please see our opening hours for more information.

How will a website or online marketing help my business?

Our website and online marketing packages are designed to produce results in the form of increasing enquiries and giving your customers a better all round experience. SEO (Google ranking) is included in every website package. Google Adwords is also available to boost the number of monthly enquiries.

Will my website work on a mobile phone and tablet?

Yes of course. Over 65% of Google searches come from mobile phones and tablets. As a result, any website on the internet today MUST be mobile and tablet friendly to stand any kind of chance.
